Meldrum Paths Group have been very busy, in the last few months, producing a brochure for cycling and walking in Meldrum and beyond. The routes are suggestions for you to consider. As you will be aware it is not easy to find safe routes out of Meldrum, which is why we’ve spent 12 years trying to get a safe route to Inverurie and a link to Daviot.
We have enjoyed all of these routes over the years, so we are sharing them with you, in this brochure. There are some sections with fast bits of road so care is needed but we try to avoid them when we can.
You can find the new brochures in the foyer of the Town Hall, when the cafe is open and we will distribute them to other outlets and take them to Market Days.

As you may know, we have started an e-bike initiative and now hire out these bikes for £5/day which makes, even the longest of our routes doable’.
